Evaluation of qualitative influencing factors

Abstract
The SIA 480 standard focuses on the widely used classic investment calculation methods for the profitability calculation.
However, these are only one of the criteria that should be considered when assessing a project. Investments also have non-monetary effects and projects often differ in terms of factors that are hardly taken into account in the monetary assessment.
Our aim is to identify and evaluate these soft criteria. The enclosed article shows our thoughts on the relevant terminology and a possible evaluation method.
