DESCRIPTION

The Service de l’aménagement du territoire, Ville de Lancy is responsible for implementing the policy of the Administrative Council in terms of urban planning, public spaces, mobility and sustainability. It is also responsible of guaranteeing coherent land development, ensuring the development of mobility projects and it is finally in charge of overseeing the sustainability strategy within the municipality.

CONTRIBUTION IN RENOWAVE

The City of Lancy contributes in the Development and improvement of local incentive programs as well as the integration of new refurbishment solutions in their own building portfolio as it has many 1960s-1970s housing estates on its territory, a large social mix and a dynamic administration on energy transition issues. It is thus an in-kind partner in Subproject 1.2 “Local incentive programs”, Subproject 1.3 “Support and coaching tools for refurbishment strategies” and Subproject 2.3 “Prefabricated active façade kits”.
