DESCRIPTION

Service Industriels de Genève SIG is a Swiss utility company for the canton of Geneva. It supplies 500, 0000 customers with services such as water, gas, electricity and thermal energy. It processes wastewater, recovers waste and offers services in the fields of energy and telecommunications. Its activities aim to promote efficient and optimised consumption, contributing to sustainable development.

CONTRIBUTION IN RENOWAVE

SIG is the sole energy provider for individuals in Geneva and therefore benefits from direct and privileged contact with all building owners in the canton and through its pilot programs such as eco-21 SIG is already heavily involved in programmes aimed at the energy transition. SIG also offers contracting solutions to save costs. All this allows SIG to be involved in Subproject 1.2 “Local incentive programs”, Subproject 1.3 “Support and coaching tools for refurbishment strategies”, Subproject 2.1 “Design and technical improvement of fuel-switch concepts” and Subproject 3.2 “Innovative business models for fuel-switch in urban areas”.
