DESCRIPTION
Combining a fundamental approach and an applied perspective, the focus of the research conducted at the Centre for Social Research is paying special attention to social work issues, contributing to debates in the city, training of students and transformation of professional practices. Since 1969, CERES has brought together researches coming from different disciplines in the humanities and social sciences to examine, from their field of expertise, questions related to social work.
CERES addresses research questions related to social work on the following five areas: forms of cohabitation and social participation/ Experiences of the social intervention publics/ Relations to body, psychomotricity and clinical perspectives/ Professional practices and fields of intervention/ Social, health and educational policies, public action and regulation.
CONTRIBUTION IN RENOWAVE
HETS was appointed to produce an evaluation report on the AMU (users management assistance) pilot project offering feedback and avenues for improvement that will be used within the framework of Subproject 1.3 “Support and coaching tools for refurbishment strategies” to flesh out the system and work on extending it to the Swiss territory.
