DESCRIPTION

The Federal Office for Housing BWO belongs to the Federal Department of Economics, Education and Research and is the federal competence center for all housing issues. The BWO is responsible for the implementation of federal laws in the field of housing promotion and tenancy law and develops decision-making principles for improving the housing supply and the living environment as well as transparency on the housing market.

CONTRIBUTION IN RENOWAVE

As an authority responsible for the enforcement of federal law on housing promotion and tenancy, BWO is an implementation partner in Subproject 3.4 “ Triage of value-preserving and value-adding investments”.
