DESCRIPTION

Casafair Schweiz is an association for landlords who are environmentally and socially conscious. Its goals are economical land management, climate-friendly construction, healthy living and fair lease and tenant relations. It has more than 14’000 members who are primarily individual homeowners or sharing properties.

CONTRIBUTION IN RENOWAVE

Casafair Schweiz is an implementation partner in Subproject 3.4 “ Triage of value-preserving and value-adding investments”. It has an expertise in giving advice to homeowners in relation to climate-friendly construction and fair tenancy relations
