DESCRIPTION

The Caisse de prévoyance de l’État de Genève CPEG is a pension fund of the State of Geneva which has important investments in the building sector in the Canton. Its mission is also to improve the energy performance of its real estate portfolio, through building renovation and fuel-switch to renewables (particularly heat pumps).

CONTRIBUTION IN RENOWAVE

CPEG will provide technical, energetic and economic data concerning its building stock (10'000 dwellings) and actively participate in the definition of the combined fuel-switch and envelope retrofit strategies in Subproject 2.1 “Design and technical improvement of fuel-switch concepts”.
